WE USE ‘THE COURRIER GUY’ TO deliver door to door services.

Standard shipping:

Duration: 2-5 days for main cities (excluding weekends and holidays)

Order Processing:

Orders are packed and handed to courier guy immediately after the payment, if the payment is before 2pm.

SHIPPING RATES

Bloemfontein

Flat shipping fee or R50 for parcels of any weight.

National shipping

A standard shipping amount is R120 for parcels under 2kg, thereafter the rate is calculated based on the weight of the parcel if its more than 2kg.

Free shipping to your Door!

For Bloemfontein orders over R250 qualify for free shipping. Orders over R1000 within South Africa qualify for free shipping.

Important to Note:

Ensure the correct address, contacts and shipping fee and contact us before paying if not sure, to avoid delivery delays.

Some arrears are not covered for door to door delivery due to high risk safety concerns by The Courier Guy, and unfortunately it is out of our control.

DISCLAIMER:

While we understand the importance of delivering on time, the delays are sometimes out of our reach, due to the 3rd party being used. We promise and strive to resolve any problems and issues timely to ensure the earliest possible delivery.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

The returned goods can only be accepted within 7 days of purchase, being shipped back unused and in original perfect condition and packaging they were delivered in. Personal Use products cannot be returned due to health concerns, unless they have manufacturers fault.

Please send proof of payment for the purchased item, bank details and an insight to why we need to refund.

No cash refund on warranty products, but we able to exchange the product, offer store credit, if a client chooses a product of higher value, they are liable for the extra cost.
